The Advanced Stockpile analytic automatically detects the stockpiles in your site’s digital twin and calculates volumes and weight of materials. Based on your material type and its density, you’ll get the tonnage as well as the footprint of all your stockpiles. For accurate results, the analytic relies on six stockpile volume calculation methods: lowest point, triangulated surface, best fit plane, configurable Z value, constant thickness, differential. The quality and precision of the results are validated thanks to a quality check made by Delair experts, allowing you to perform even the most complex volume calculation with ease.This information is easy to export to your ERP software to fulfill your accounting objectives. Both visual reports (.pdf) and tabular reports (.xls) are created in just a few clicks.

The Advanced Stockpile analytic eliminates the need to manually measure stockpiles by automatically identifying and measuring stockpiles for you. Automated stockpiles reports save you valuable time and enable you to deliver information to the stakeholders timely and accurately. The Change Map analytic enables you to compare and analyze two different drone surveys or your site performed at two different times. 

It reveals and measures change in the site configuration with a simple color code (Cut in red, Fill in blue scale). You can of course hover over any point of the map to know the elevation difference at a given spot.

The Change Map analytic is especially useful as a component of quarries and open pit mines production and management for extracted material follow-up. Used in combination with measurement tools in, it has never been easier to visualize and calculate the volumes of materials before and after blasts.

To start with, offers you a bird’s-eye view of your site by displaying the orthophoto (or so-called orthomosaic) and the Digital Surface Model (DSM). You can compare time-series surveys and monitor for change over time (overlay, slide or split view). Of course, as you can import many types of files and layers, you can also compare the current situation with your mining plan. If you need to occasionally share a map with someone outside your organisation, then just generate a share link!

Just draw a line or a polygon annotation on your map and you’ll get accurate distance, surfaces, elevations, slopes, volumes and even tonnage. As an example, for production planning, just draw a polygon around an area to blast, will calculate the quantity of material available within seconds. 

Same for stripping operations preparation and monitoring, will calculate the volume of dirt to remove between the surface and a lower altitude you’ll define. 

 To install a new conveyor belt, a pump or new power lines, just draw a line and you’ll get accurate distances and altitudes to prepare the job. To get an elevation profile, just draw a line along a cross section and you’re done.
